Qi Gong
Qi Gong (also spelled Qigong) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, intentional breathwork, and focused awareness to cultivate and balance Qi, or vital life energy. With roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoist philosophy, and martial arts, Qi Gong is more than just exercise—it is a moving meditation designed to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
